ZEN Real Property started in 2022 when Ruslan and Nattaya Chuchurin moved to Phuket — and decided to help every family who'd later make the same call. The rental arm grew from buyers who needed somewhere to live while their off-plan villa finished; now it runs as its own product. Long-stay only. Family-vetted villas. Our model
The person you WhatsApp on day one hands you the keys. No call centers, no transfers between "teams." We're small on purpose.
Legal in-house
Our Thai lawyers are on payroll, not in a referral chain. Contracts are bilingual EN/TH, deposits are documented and ZEN-mediated at return. Russian-speaking notary in-house.
Compensation
Tenants pay rent and a 2-month deposit. We earn commission from landlords. No agency fee from your side, ever.

The office
Our office is at Boat Lagoon — the marina in Ko Kaeo, the family-residential side of east Phuket. Five minutes from Central Phuket, twenty to Chalong and Bang Tao, twenty-five to the airport. Walk-ins by appointment.
