A dog owner herself (two of them), she knows pet-friendly villas, landlord pet clauses and what it really takes to settle animals on the island. Mint runs ZEN's front office and client care: the first inquiry, the paperwork, the move-in, then everything that comes up once you're actually living here, from a utility transfer to a plumber on a Sunday. Born and raised on Phuket — and a cat owner herself — she helps families (pets included) settle into island life the way only a true local can.
