Yes, you can bring your dog. (Or cat.)

Thailand allows cats and dogs with the right paperwork. Not pit bulls or American Staffordshire terriers — banned outright. Timeline is 90 days minimum, not weeks. Get the sequence right and you'll walk out of the airport with your pet the same day.

Sequence matters. Microchip MUST be implanted before the rabies vaccine. If the rabies record predates the chip, the entire process restarts. This is the most common mistake.
